The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used personal care products unless defective or damaged.
  • Gift cards.

To initiate a return:

  3. Securely package the item to avoid damage during return shipping.

Please note that:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sleek.shave@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on your preference.

5. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
