At SLEEK SHAVE, we are committed to ensuring your grooming essentials reach you quickly and safely within Malaysia.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (sales, festive periods, new product launches), processing may take an additional 1-2 days, and we will notify you of any expected delays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): RM8 flat rate.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): RM20 flat rate.

We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders above RM250 within Malaysia.

Please note that delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) may require additional time, particularly for remote areas.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real time. If you have not received your tracking number within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us.

Delivery Issues and Delays

While we partner with reliable courier services, occasional delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please email us at sleek.shave@outlook.com with your order number, and we will assist you promptly.

Incorrect Address and Non-Deliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. SLEEK SHAVE is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sleek.shave@outlook.com.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.

We will assess the case and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
